To prepare individuals to pass math tests, classes, and standardized math exams to improve their grades, placement into advanced math courses, and achieve their goals of entering and completing higher education. I will prepare lesson plans, differentiating, scaffolding, tutoring, assessing, and skill drills. I value competency, creativity, and learning because mathematics requires a skill level that is not subjective. It takes an ability to be creative to connect real-life experiences to the content area. Also, it is the hallmark of education and an indicator of studying.

Accordingly, I will engage and get to know pupils to make meaningful connections. Secondly, I will prepare relevant lesson plans, organize them based on students' skills, and make important notes to assess student progress and outcomes. Third, I am well-rounded and understand that the balance of the entire person makes them the best student, such as getting the proper rest, nutrition, and breaks.

To develop and cultivate the qualities of organizing, leading, and establishing policies that help millions of children to benefit from a quality learning environment that I admire in Marian Wright Edelman so that I spread and share my joy when I have learned a math skill. I get to demonstrate it to students and see them get it.

To live daily with mathematic skills, charitable, and godly so that I can bridge the achievement gap and prepare leaders in a competitive marketplace who demonstrate expertise and humanity. I will continue my education and professional growth and stay connected.

To appreciate and enjoy teaching, writing, and technical innovation through constant practice, networking opportunities to collaborate in math circles, and staying tapped into humanity.
